While I am out, there will be ONE assignment that counts as the clock-in and clock-out. It is worth 10 points. When I return, the old system of one clock-in and one clock-out will be used.

Every day you should:
- Login to DCPS OneView and Focus.
- Open Outlook and OneNote.
- Clock-in on Focus.
- Check your e-mail for important information.
- Follow any special instructions on the board.
Instruction [~5-10 Minutes]
Begin working on Draw Something #21: 3D Paint.
Students that would like to earn extra credit can use Paint 3D to create a Sugar Skull. A Sugar Skull is often associated with the Mexican holiday Dia De Los Muertos (Day of the Dead). This holiday was also the backdrop for the movie Coco (2017).
- First take a look at the Top 8: Sugar Skulls from last year for ideas and inspiration.
- To get the skull model, access the "3D Library" in Paint 3D and search for human skull, then import it.
- Once you have imported the model you can use the tools in Paint 3D to decorate your Sugar Skull.
- Make sure to save your project often as Paint 3D will occasionally crash.
Students received an e-mail with a weekly progress report in it. You need to open Outlook through OneView, read, and REPLY to that e-mail. DO NOT CREATE A NEW E-MAIL, REPLY TO THE ONE YOU HAVE RECEIVED, EVEN IF IT SAYS "NO-REPLY". Your reply should say something similar to, "I have received the progress report for the week of today's date." If you have any questions or comments about a grade in that progress report, include them in that e-mail. This will happen every Monday morning.

Complete the Let's Play: Super Mario Bros. If you finished this assignment during the 1st Quarter and received a grade for it you will be excused from it during the 2nd Quarter..
Continue working on the uCertify "Gaming Essentials" practice questions. The first assignment check will be Tuesday, October 22 after 4:15PM.
Begin working on Draw Something #21: 3D Paint.

- If you are working on a future assignment and get stuck, you must wait until I can help students with current projects first.
Break Down [~5 Minutes]
Before you leave please do the following::
- BACKUP your data in at least two locations.
- RESTART the computer.
- TURN OFF the monitor.
- COLLECT your materials.
- WAIT quietly to be dismissed.
- PUSH in your chair when you leave.
- THROW away any trash in the trashcan as you leave.

Finish any class work not completed during the period.
Read for fun, at least 20 minutes.
