Prep Work [5-10 Minutes]
Every day you should:
- Login to DCPS OneView.
- Read your DCPS e-mail.
- Race three races on NitroType.
- Follow any additional instructions from the teacher.
- Read through the Let's Play: Doom 2 assignment.
- Answer the Pre-Play questions in your journal.
Instruction [10-20 Minutes]
Students will work with internal and external CSS code.
Students will learn what the "inverted pyramid" layout model is for web design.
Work [45-60 Minutes]
Begin working on Introduction to JavaScript.
Begin working on My Favorite Noun - Version 2.
Students will work in small groups to complete the first Let's Play assignment for the year.
Break Down [5 Minutes]
Before you leave please do the following::
- BACKUP your data in at least two locations.
- RESTART the computer.
- TURN OFF the monitor.
- COLLECT your materials.
- WAIT quietly to be dismissed.
- PUSH in your chair when you leave.
- THROW away any trash in the trashcan as you leave.
