Prep Work [5-10 Minutes]
Every day you should:
- Login to DCPS OneView.
- Read your DCPS e-mail.
- Race three races on NitroType.
- Follow any additional instructions from the teacher.
- Get a copy of the syllabus.
- Get a copy of the student information sheet.
Instruction [5-15 Minutes]
Students will discuss rituals and routines for entering class, logging into the computers, collecting materials, preparing to exit class, and how to act during the instruction periods.
Students will complete introductory paperwork and review the syllabus.
Work [25-30 Minutes]
If time permits, students can work on the First E-mail Assignment.
Begin working on the Student Intro. Presentation.
Break Down [5 Minutes]
Before you leave please do the following::
- BACKUP your data in at least two locations.
- RESTART the computer.
- TURN OFF the monitor.
- COLLECT your materials.
- WAIT quietly to be dismissed.
- PUSH in your chair when you leave.
- THROW away any trash in the trashcan as you leave.
